Swallows (Eba, Amala, Poundo, Fufu,Semo)

These are swallows and can be eaten with rich soups and stews, with beef, stockfish or any protein.

Please note, as a take-out restaurant, we don’t make these everyday and keep, we make them mostly for party caterings or special orders to cut wastage.If you need swallow please call the store to check if some can be made for you. We have stews and soups in bowls freshly made for our esteemed customers and they are kept safely in freezers for your convenience.
